Computer Numerical Control (CNC) is the automated control of machining tools using a computer. Our CNC Plasma Cutter processes a piece of metal to programmed specifications by following coded instructions.

Our accurate CNC control system produces waste-free, square-edge cut steel.

The CNC process also allows us to cut ready to use bolt holes into the finished parts. We can manufacture, cut or weld metal sheets into curved or angled shapes.

Our Machine is capable of the following:

  • Any size and shape up to 5′ x 10′
  • Mild steel, Aluminum, Stainless Plate
  • Capable of piercing 2″ plate and edge start 4″ with Oxy-Acetylene
  • 3/4″ plate with a .001″ accuracy via plasma
